Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

My son Zack loves this recipe. It is the easiest fudge you’ll ever make. It’s super rich, but will certainly hit the spot if you are looking for a crowd pleaser or just a simple sweet snack give this a try. You’ll thank me later!

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 16 oz peanut butter creamy
  • 16 oz vanilla frosting no whipped or cream cheese versions

Directions:

  • Scoop peanut butter and frosting into a microwave-safe glass bowl or dish. Stir together.
  • Microwave the peanut butter and frosting for 1 minute. Stir again.
  • If not fully melted and easy to stir after 1 minute cook an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Stir to fully combine ingredients.
  • Transfer to a baking dish lined with parchment paper and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.
  • Once the fudge is set cut it into 1 or 2-inch pieces.

** This fudge is best kept in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
